This yacht has been maintained to a high standard. She has in-mast hydraulic furling for the mainsail and hydraulic furling for the genoa. She has been equipped for ocean crossings and extended cruising, and has a wide range of tools on board and an extensive list of spares. Accommodation The interior woodwork is in light mahogany matt silk finish. The floor is varnished teak with inlaid holly stripes. Saloon ceiling has panelling with mahogany stripes and ceilings in remainder of boat have ivory head lining. Upholstery, carpets and curtains in blue. Hand holds throughout. Lee cloths for all berths. The boat is carpeted throughout, except directly in front of the galley, press studs avoid movement. All portholes are fitted with curtains. Fly screens for the main companionway, and the main port holes, which are attached by poppers. The ceiling hatches (except in the forward heads) are fitted with Oceanair blackout/fly screens. Fans throughout the boat - one in forward cabin, two in main saloon and two in aft cabin. Lockable safe for ship's valuables. MAIN SALOON: On the port side is a 7' long L-shaped sofa that has backrests with hinges so that the space behind can be utilised as storage. The sofa corner is rounded. On the starboard side is a 6´6´´ long settee. The back of the starboard settee lifts up and can be secured by straps to create an extra berth. There is a lee cloth for this berth. Between the settees is a drop-leaf table with bottle stowage in centre. Kenwood CD/radio, stereo speakers in saloon. Wempe clock and barometer in chrome. Headroom in saloon 6'5''. GALLEY: Working surface in white laminate with strong, all round fiddle rail. Insulated icebox with water cooled electric compressor for chilling. Top loading freezer compartment behind chart table seat. Double sinks with pressurised hot and cold water. Fresh water foot pump and sea water foot pump. Plastimo Neptune 2500 2 burner gas cooker with oven and grill (new 2007). Crockery locker and cutlery drawer. Bread board. FORWARD HEADS COMPARTMENT: Bulkheads and lockers in white laminate. Pressurised hot and cold water. Teak grating, china wash basin and large mirror. Separate shower stall, plexi glass doors. Shower water pumped directly overboard. Pump action sea toilet. Stainless steel holding tank, emptied by gravity or by deck pump out. Kenny 230v washing machine. Cupboard above and below washbasin. Ventilation through opening porthole and hatch. FORWARD CABIN: Two 7' long berths with ample stowage above and below and in addition a number of lockers. Ventilation provided by hatch and opening porthole. CHART TABLE & WALKTHROUGH: Chart table seat with spacious chart table. Above a shelf and space for mounting instruments. Electric switch panel is on the starboard side of the walkthrough to the right of the navigator. 5 drawers and stowage slots. Freezer compartment behind seat. 2-door access to the engine room off the walkthrough. Good headroom in the walkthrough. To port there is a wet locker and various cupboards. AFT CABIN: The aft cabin has a hanging locker on portside and two comfortable berths, one 6'7'' long x 3' wide and the other 6'7 long x 4'5 wide. Stowage room below and above. Mirror. Seat between the berths. AFT HEADS COMPARTMENT: Bulkheads and lockers in white laminate. Pressurised hot and cold water. Teak grating, china wash basin and large mirror. Separate shower stall, plexi glass doors. Shower water pumped directly overboard. Pump action sea toilet. Stainless steel holding tank, emptied by gravity or by deck pump out. Cupboard above and below washbasin. Ventilation through opening porthole. Mechanical Systems Engine Volvo Penta D2-55, 55HP 4 cylinder diesel engine, freshwater cooled. Gori 3 bladed folding propeller. DIESEL: 395 Litres in stainless steel tank, below the floor in saloon with fuel gauge. The tank is filled through deck inlet. The cruising range in calm waters is approximately 710 nautical miles. WATER: Spectra 12v Water maker 70 litres per hour. Fresh water capacity is 650 litres in two tanks, the main tank under the floor holding approx 420 litres and the extra tank under the settee 230 litres. There is a water gauge for the main tank. Calorifier capacity is 40 litres and is heated by a 230v immersion heater and the engine's cooling water. There is a reserve fresh water foot pump in galley. Sea water foot pump at galley. There are three bilge pumps; one manual, one electric and one high capacity electric emergency bilge pump. ELECTRICITY: Two separate 12v circuits, one for engine start (70Ah - new 2006) and one for domestic use on board (720Ah - new Varta gel batteries 2016). Charging of both battery banks is through two 70A alternators from engine or by two Mastervolt 230v 80A battery chargers. Adverc electronic regulator. Two solar panels are moveable and are normally stowed down below. There is a socket on deck for them and a heavy duty cable which enables the panels to be located anywhere on deck. Duogen wind and water generator. 12v electric sockets at electric switch panel in walkthrough and in the cockpit. Electric switch panel with circuit breakers on starboard side of walkthrough. Voltmeter, water and diesel gauges. International navigation lights, steaming light and anchor light. Full 230v shore power system with immersion heater, ring main and two Mastervolt 230v 80A battery chargers. Shore power cable connection in cockpit. Two inverters, 2000W and 400W. HEATING: Webasto Airtop 5000 Diesel, 5 kW, with outlets in saloon, forward cabin, toilet compartments and aft cabin. The heater is installed in the engine room. GENERATOR: Fischer Panda 8000 6kW diesel generator installed in engine room inside noise deadening cocoon. Approx. 1056 hours. BOWTHRUSTER: Sleipner Side Power SE100/185 bowthruster (2008) with dedicated 12v battery. Control panel and footswitches at steering position. Spars and Sails Triple spreader rig by Seldén. Hydraulic mainsail and headsail furling and reefing by Seldén, control switches at steering pedestal. Seldén rodkicker. Two spinnaker poles, one on track. There is a slide for the second spinnaker pole on the mast, so both poles can be used together. It is stowed on deck on the starboard side with special fittings. Removable inner forestay. Running backstays. Two Lewmar 40 CST selftailing halyard winches on mast. Turnbuckles from Hasselfors, aluminium protection tubes from Seldén, blocks and winches from Lewmar. Windex wind indicator and anchor light on mast top.
