Descrizione

Beautiful "Honduras mahogany mahogany wooden Swedish classic" with recent strong diesel. Renovation winter 2013 / 2014! (see pictures).<br><br><p>475 engine hours, 2 berths, pump toilet and small kitchen. Beautiful large cockpit with fixed windscreens. This Iversen is completely restored (see pictures). Hunting is hard (no rotten spots). There were bad spots in the left window (is now completely replaced), the bollard was pulled out of the body wood (new piece inserted) and the wooden rubbing strakes had two bad spots which were also renewed. Recent Lombarini 42 hp diesel 4-cil. intercooling. Last service in autumn 2017.</p>

<br><br><strong>Genera l</strong><br>Windows: 6x chrome portholes<br>Other: <p>Owners comment: Restoration / major maintenance: Before the start of the restoration I have been advised by the specialist of International yachtpaint for the type of paint, the construction and the interim drying and sanding layers. - During the winter months, the Iversen is completely stripped of all layers of lacquer [including the underwater hull] - All frames, bollards, portholes, etc. must be polished or chrome-plated again. The stainless steel frames on white bumpers have been renewed. - After about 2 months of drying the woodwork we started renewing about 150 new blocks [after renewing all nails] - Underwater hull: the entire keel beam, cut piece as well as the seedwood [3 planks] are put in the epoxy. - The underwater hull has 2 layers of primer and 3 layers of underwater paint [colour white] - Various restorations have been carried out on the mahogany body wood, the aft deck has been provided with new sikaflex, both aft bollards have been reattached with double oak reinforcement. The front window [port side] is renewed, floor panels are sanded bare and put in the boiled linseed oil. - The entire hull and the entire superstructure, decks, gunwale and cockpit frames are finished with seven layers of clear International Yachtpaint high gloss. - The flaps and mirror are finished with 2 layers of primer and 3 layers of high gloss white International Yachtpaint - All mooring ropes and fenders have been renewed. - Check and lubricate all steering gear wiring. The above mentioned restoration was carried out with a painter and ship&#39;s carpenter in about 4 months time. The Lombardini diesel runs nicely.</p>
