Neat Bavaria 38 CruiserThis Bavaria 38 in 3 cabin version with year of construction January 2008, in use spring 2008, is very fully equipped and is in good condition. Especially for the sea sailor there are some attractive extras such as extensive navigation equipment, 6 sails and the necessary safety equipment. The spacious cockpit is fitted with teak, the gangways are not, which may give a somewhat less chic look, but is more manageable in terms of costs.
On either side of the cockpit you will find storage boxes with enough space for large items. There is also storage space in the cockpit table. From the leather-covered steering wheel you have a good overview and control of the yacht. Here compass and navigation instruments as well as engine and bow thruster are within easy reach. The swim platform with integrated swim ladder can be folded down. The entire cockpit is equipped with a cockpit tent to create extra living space for less beautiful days. In your absence, the cockpit with its teak and instruments is also well protected.
The interior is extremely spacious and practical with excellent workmanship and lots of closet space. Pleasant for sea are especially the stainless steel handles that are fitted as an extra to navigation corner and kitchen. The saloon has a straight and L-shaped sofa. The L-shaped kitchen is wonderfully spacious, modern and equipped with all conveniences including a microwave. To starboard is the chart table with the necessary equipment and VHF radio. This is also where the Webasto heating system is operated.
There are 6 fixed berths in the three double cabins. The forward cabin has a large bed with Neptune mattresses. To starboard in the front is the wet room with shower. The rear cabins are equipped with a large bed. The engine room is very easily accessible by means of the upward-hinged cabin stairs. This Bavaria 38-3 is completely ready to sail.
